All order adjustment requests can be sent to: email@example.com. We cannot guarantee an order adjustment before the item has shipped. A customer must email us as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth adjustment process. We cannot add products to an order as we do not have access to the customer's card info and cannot charge them. We can, however, remove a product if the customer no longer wants it.
You can contact our customer support department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly update your order or provide you a status update for your order.
You can also follow the status of your order by going into the MY ACCOUNT section of our website and clicking on the ORDERS tab.
You have 30 days to return or exchange policy for unused and unopened goods. Past 30 days of purchase (or from time your order was delivered), we cannot offer a refund or exchange of any kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt present.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or hazardous materials. Return and exchanges are granted on a case by case basis and approved by the store manager upon review.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not accept any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon purchase within 30 days. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email for exchange request to email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the amount paid will be applied to your card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund within 3-5 business days, please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
As soon as possible! We work hard so you can have quality products at the earliest possible date. Once you’ve submitted your order we’ll get your products packaged within 5-7 days. We will then send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, you can also track the order by logging into your Plant Alchemy account.
Please have patience. Domestic orders can take anywhere from 3 - 10 days to arrive on average. International orders arrive within 2 - 3 weeks on average but can take up to 6 weeks. If your order contains products on the backorder we always inform the customer.
Please note:All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.
Yes, we ship internationally. However, currently, we cannot ship to Canada. Apologies to our community there. We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.
We charge a standard ground shipping rate and offer free shipping on all orders over $100. International shipping will be charged at an additional charge of US$35

When selecting any applicable product, select "Subscribe and Save" and choose the frequency before adding the product to your cart. You will need to create an account with a password to complete your subscription order.
Your initial order will be processed within 3-5 days of purchasing. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order. We’ll arrange the power of plant delivered directly to your door
To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log in to your Plant Alchemy account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" in the customer account view. After this select the "Billing Information" tab in the customer account view. Your "Card on File" can be updated or removed.
All orders over $50 ship with ground service for free. Orders that do not qualify for free ground shipping will be charged the standard shipping rate based on the weight of the item.
Unfortunately, you cannot combine other promotions, discounts or limited time offerings with the discount on all subscription orders, unless specifically offered via our community promotions. Specific terms and conditions will apply.
